Entrepreneurs turn a hobby or interest into a business. Others get their ideas from problems which they believe they have a better solution for. Think about an area of interest – or a problem you could solve with a new good or service. Assume you decided to launch this business next year. Create a partial business plan that includes the following:
1- Your company’s mission
2- Detailed outline of what makes your product or company unique
3- Thorough description of prospective customers
4- Name three possible existing or potential competitors
5- Brief assessment of at least five risks, including your plan on how to address them.
Label each section. Use the textbook (Chapter 6, Business Plan) or the Small Business Administration website (www.sba.gov) as resources.
