If I were to implement a new process for strategic management, I would start by presenting the information and goal to other leaders or managers. I would want the support from my coworkers to make sure they think it will be ad adequate process and change for the better for staff and future. The new process can be educated to the staff by presenting it in staff meetings, huddles before shift, and post it on the walls of the bathroom. I would make sure all questions are answered and the staff understood the process change. A few months after implementing the new process, I would request feedback from the staff to check for successful change. Also, requesting suggestions to evaluate the process would be beneficial.
