You are a member of a trade association and you have been asked by the association to analyze the appointment process for U.S. Supreme Court Justices. You need to write a short opinion article for the association’s newsletter discussing your views on how the justices are appointed/ confirmed and if the justices should be appointed for life. Post your draft of the article for your peers.

Initial post:
