This assignment will combine and expand upon the research, reporting, evaluating, and recommendation activities you completed as part of the discussions in Unit 8. You will create an executive report intended to present findings on the identification of a specific county’s current health disparities, as well as programs and initiatives in place to address them. The report will also look to the future and make recommendations for programs, initiatives, and partnerships to address both existing gaps and projected future gaps.
